Chef Marcus has over 14 years of food service experience. He has owned a private catering business since his senior year in high school under the close direction of his mentor. Chef earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Studies from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His passion is French cuisine, but Chef offers a plethora of cuisines that match your pallet.
