FULL SERVICE EXECUTION; Design and Catering

Themed "A Night On The Bayou", juniors and seniors were greeted with scenic greenery entrances, reminiscent of a ride down the bayou. The ballroom ceiling was draped in fresh vines and twinkle lighting, while the venue hosted several Louisiana aesthetics (lighting, Beignet Bakery, Charcuterie, a themed dance floor, and table florals). The second level was the teacher's lounge where Chef Marcus showed off his Creole Shrimp and Grits, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes, Pork and Chicken Donut Hole Sliders, and a Fruit and Crudité Tray; leaving the staff begging for an encore!
